Tile, foam, coating, shingle, and flat
Arizona uses more roof types per square mile than most states: concrete tile, clay tile, foam, coatings, shingle, modified bitumen, single-ply. Each one needs a different crew and a different repair playbook. We work them all.
- Tile roofs: concrete and clay, repair through full replacement
- Foam roofs (SPF): new installs, coatings, and recoats
- Roof coatings: silicone and elastomeric over flat / low-slope
- Shingle roofs: asphalt composition, full warranty support
- Flat roofs: modified bitumen, single-ply, BUR
01
Tile roofs
Concrete and clay. Most homes in the West Valley have one or the other. We repair cracked tiles, replace underlayment (the real source of most tile-roof leaks), and reset existing tile or supply new. Tile itself lasts 50+ years; the felt underneath does not.
02
Foam roofs (SPF)
Sprayed polyurethane foam, common on flat and low-slope homes and many commercial buildings in Arizona. New installs, full replacements, and silicone or acrylic coating systems. Recoat every 10–15 years to keep the foam protected.
03
Roof coatings
Silicone and elastomeric coatings over existing foam, flat, or low-slope systems. Lower cost than full replacement, extends roof life 10+ years when applied right. We don't push coatings on roofs that need replacement.
04
Shingle roofs
Asphalt composition shingles, three-tab, architectural, and impact-rated. New installs, full re-roofs, repairs, and warranty work. Common on newer West Valley subdivisions.

Flat and low-slope
Modified bitumen, TPO, PVC, and built-up (BUR) systems. Most commercial work in the valley. Tear-off-and-replace, recover systems, and coatings depending on the existing roof's condition.
Quick answers.
- Which roof type is best for Arizona?
- It depends on the structure and the budget. Concrete tile has the longest life and the best heat performance. Foam is the most affordable per sq ft on flat or low-slope roofs. Shingle works well on steep pitches and costs the least upfront. We help you pick the right one for your roof, not the one with the highest margin for us.
- Can you switch roof types?
- Sometimes. Going from tile to shingle is easy. Tile to foam usually means structural changes. Foam to tile is rare and expensive. We'll walk you through what's possible on your roof.
