Leak diagnosis and targeted repair
When the underlayment is still intact and the leak traces back to a localized failure (a cracked tile, a torn flashing, a pipe boot), repair is the right call. We walk the roof, show you the photos, replace the bad parts, and warranty the work. Tile and foam roofs hide their problems, so we check the felt underneath rather than trusting the surface, which is where most tile-roof leaks actually start.

Storm damage and same-day tarp
Monsoon hit, a microburst tore off a section, or a tree came down on the roof. The first job is not the repair, it is stopping the water from getting in. If we are within the service area and there is daylight, we are usually on the roof within a few hours. We fasten heavy-duty woven tarps with wood lath on existing tile rows or shingle nail-paths, not random nails through good tile, so they hold through the next gust. Once the weather has passed, we come back, pull the tarp, and do the permanent fix with one contractor through the whole job.

Ongoing maintenance and touch-ups
Arizona sun and monsoon storms age a roof fast. Between bigger jobs we reseal what is failing, replace cracked tiles or torn shingles, and clear debris from drains and penetrations so a small problem does not turn into a leak inside the house. Same crew, same roof, on tile, shingle, foam (SPF), or flat/low-slope systems across the West Valley.

Repair vs. replace, and your insurance claim
We do not push a replacement when a repair will do. But when there are multiple leaks, water staining inside the home, or a roof past its rated life, we will tell you plainly. Either way, we work with your adjuster, document damage with dated before-and-after photos, and provide the line-itemed estimates carriers expect.
