Installations
A new roof is one decision on your house you live with for decades, so the system matters as much as the install. We put on new roofs and full re-roofs across the Phoenix West Valley, tile, shingle, foam (SPF), flat/low-slope, and coatings, and we pick the system that fits your structure, the Arizona climate, and your budget. New construction or tear-off-and-replace, one Goodyear-based crew through the whole job.
- New roof installations and full tear-off-and-replace re-roofs
- Tile (concrete and clay), shingle, foam (SPF), flat/low-slope, and coatings
- New-construction roofing for builders and custom homes
- The right system chosen for your structure, the Arizona climate, and your budget
- Licensed Arizona roofing contractor, ROC #329681
01
Choosing the right system
The system matters more than the brand name on the box. Concrete and clay tile last the longest and handle Arizona heat best. Foam (SPF) is the most affordable per square foot on flat and low-slope roofs. Asphalt shingle suits steep pitches and costs the least upfront. We walk the structure, talk through the climate and your budget, and recommend the system that actually fits, not the one with the highest margin for us.
02
Tear-off and replace
When a roof is past its rated life or carrying too much patchwork to trust, a full re-roof is the honest call. We tear off the old system down to a sound deck, install new underlayment and the system you chose (tile, shingle, foam, flat, or a coating), and haul the old material away. One crew from tear-off to finished roof, no subcontracted handoffs mid-job.
03
New construction
Building new in Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Buckeye, or anywhere across the West Valley? We roof new construction for builders and custom homes, scheduled around the framing and dry-in timeline so the other trades aren't waiting on the roof. Thirty-plus years of Arizona roofs sit behind every install.
04
Every Arizona system we install
Tile, concrete and clay, set over new underlayment. Asphalt shingle in three-tab, architectural, and impact-rated, with manufacturer warranty support. Foam (SPF) with silicone or acrylic coating systems, common on flat and low-slope homes and commercial buildings. Flat and low-slope in modified bitumen, TPO, PVC, and built-up (BUR). And silicone or elastomeric coatings where the existing roof is sound enough to extend rather than replace.
Quick answers.
- Which roof system is best for a new install in Arizona?
- It depends on the structure and the budget. Concrete tile has the longest life and the best heat performance. Foam (SPF) is the most affordable per square foot on flat or low-slope roofs. Shingle works well on steep pitches and costs the least upfront. We help you pick the right one for your roof, not the one with the highest margin for us.
- Do you handle new construction, or only re-roofs?
- Both. We roof new construction for builders and custom homes, and we do full tear-off-and-replace re-roofs on existing houses and commercial buildings. Either way it's one crew and one point of contact from the deck to the finished roof.
