Emergency roof tarp

Monsoon hit, a microburst tore off a section, or a tree came down on the roof. The first job isn't the repair. It is stopping the water from getting in. We tarp the roof, document the damage, and come back for the permanent repair once insurance and your timeline are sorted.

  • Same-day tarp service across the West Valley
  • Stops water entry while you wait on insurance
  • Documented with photos for your claim
  • Permanent repair scheduled around your timeline

01

Same-day response

Call us. If we're within the service area and there's daylight, we're usually on the roof within a few hours. For after-hours emergencies following a storm front, the answer is the same. We keep the phone on.

02

What we tarp

Storm-torn sections, exposed underlayment, fallen-tree damage, hail-impact areas, and roofs where shingles or tiles have lifted. Heavy-duty woven tarps fastened with wood lath, not just nailed through. Keeps them on through the next gust.

03

Documentation for your claim

Before-and-after photos, dated, with the location stamped. We send them to you and your adjuster directly. Speeds the claim and protects you from "pre-existing damage" pushback.

04

Then, the permanent fix

Once insurance is sorted and the weather's passed, we come back and do the real repair. Tarp comes off, underlayment goes in, tile / shingle / foam goes back. Single contractor through the whole job.

Common questions

Quick answers.

What does an emergency tarp cost?
Most residential emergency tarps run $400–$900 depending on roof access, area covered, and time of day. Insurance typically reimburses under your policy's emergency-repair clause.
Will the tarp damage my roof?
No. We use lath fastening on existing tile rows or shingle nail-paths, not random nails through good tile. Removed cleanly when the permanent repair is done.
